COMMERCIAL APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Apprenticeship is a dual study program which can be started after the obligatory school or after a school/professional reorientation. It is a really popular dual study program in Switzerland. We can find apprenticeships in almost all professions and Procter & Gamble gives opportunities in the commercial field (called “employé de commerce”).

Procter & Gamble Geneva offers seats for a 3 years bilingual commercial apprenticeship. We only take Maturity profiles called “Profil M bilingue”). It means that at the end of the apprenticeship, students obtain a double degree: the commercial CFC (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) and the Professional Maturity.

As an apprentice at P&G you will spend 3 days at work and 2 days in your Commercial School.
At work you will be assigned to specific tasks linked to your role and connected to your school objectives in Service & Administration’s branch.
At school, you will follow general and commercial courses such as Accounting, Commercial English, IT or Commercial German.

P&G English environment guarantees to you a great environment to practice and keep improving your English skills and a great opportunity to be better prepared for your future professional life.

Come and learn more about the Commercial Apprenticeship program and our application process during our company presentation next Feb 1st 2017 at 2pm in our offices.

I started to work for GR, it was for P&G it selves and I was in charge of the donations etc, then I changed for Prestige which is a totally different part of P&G’s business. I work for a brand manager and it is really interesting to see different ways of working for P&G.

I love to participate to hiring process. Indeed I participated to the hiring process of our MPC and Apprentices of this year. I found it really interesting. I liked being involved in the process from A to Z. You meet new people all the time and it is really enriching both professionally and personally.
